A gentle note about our location. . .

Our studio is located near a local shelter, and you may notice unhoused people gathered across the street while waiting for services. We understand that this may feel unfamiliar or a little intimidating to some visitors, but interactions are uncommon and the area is regularly active with staff nearby. Studio parking is located behind a chain-link fence, and staff will be on site during classes and appointments. We want every guest to feel informed, comfortable, and welcome when visiting VanWatki Workshop.
